How Inflect Edge uses your data.
What we collect, why we need it, which providers receive it, and what you can request.
When you request a snapshot, we collect the public URL and delivery email you submit. When you create an account or purchase, we collect the account, offer, consent, subscription, credit, and payment-status records needed to provide the service. Stripe collects payment details directly and loads only after you begin checkout or open Stripe billing controls. We use no advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and nothing is sold or rented. Write to proof@inflectedge.com to request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows.
Information you provide.
For a snapshot, you provide a public website URL and delivery email. For an account or purchase, you provide an email, choose an offer, accept the displayed terms, and enter the billing details Stripe requests. For an audit, you provide the public website to analyze. Stripe collects card and Link credentials directly. We receive Stripe references and limited display details such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration when available, never the full card number or security code.
How the engine uses a submitted URL.
It reads and captures pages of the publicly reachable website you submitted: screenshots, page copy, and surface signals, the same way any visitor’s browser would. That is what your snapshot is built from.
Records and retention.
We keep snapshot request details needed to deliver the request and enforce the published limits: URL, domain, email, timestamps, request status, and abuse-prevention data. We also keep account identity, selected offer, subscription and trial state, audit-credit grants, reservations and use, audit delivery state, Stripe customer and transaction references, amounts and payment status, and the consent records that support signup, audit-three activation, saved payments, refills, and auto top-off.
Snapshot retention runs on fixed clocks. Captured screenshots and page copies are deleted 14 days after your request completes. Your submitted email address and IP address are removed from the request record 30 days after the request is handled; a normalized copy of the address (lowercased, plus-suffixes and Gmail dots removed) is kept permanently so we can honor the one-snapshot-per-address rule and any do-not-email request forever. The request record itself is deleted at 90 days. A copy of the snapshot email we sent and its quality-gate report are kept for 12 months as the record of exactly what we asserted to you; anonymous volume statistics are kept for 13 months.
An auto-top-off record includes the tier price, one-credit quantity, zero-credit trigger, monthly cap and cycle spend, saved-payment reference and limited display details, accepted disclosure version, and enable, change, and disable timestamps. Sensitive card credentials remain with Stripe.
We retain account and transaction records while needed to provide the service and for applicable tax, accounting, fraud, security, consent, and dispute obligations. Trial and recurring-payment consent records are retained for at least three years.
Your IP address is stored on the snapshot request record until the 30-day removal above; we use it and the normalized email address to enforce the published request limits. We do not use them for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Service providers.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and keeps standard connection logs. Google Workspace delivers service email. Stripe provides checkout, Link, saved payment methods, authentication, payment recovery, and the billing portal. Stripe receives the checkout email, selected product and price, transaction and subscription details, and the billing and payment details entered into its controls. It returns identifiers, payment status, and limited display details to us. Stripe may use cookies or similar storage on its payment and billing surfaces for payment processing, fraud prevention, authentication, and Link under Stripe’s privacy policy. The post-submit site preview is drawn by this site; no screenshot service is involved.
The snapshot engine runs on Google Cloud infrastructure we operate; captured pages and working data stay on that machine under the retention clocks above. To analyze a submitted website, captured page text and screenshots are sent to Anthropic (the Claude API) as our processing provider. Your email address is never included in what Anthropic receives.
Service email.
An acknowledgment after the engine accepts your request, the snapshot itself, and automated messages about that snapshot. The service builds and sends the snapshot end to end. Your address never joins a list you did not ask for, and we never buy, sell, or rent lists.
Advertising and analytics.
No advertising pixels. No third-party analytics. Inflect Edge does not build an advertising profile or use your data for cross-site advertising. We do not sell or rent data. Outside Stripe’s payment and billing surfaces, this site sets no tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies or similar storage on its payment and billing surfaces for payment processing, fraud prevention, authentication, and Link under Stripe’s privacy policy. If we measure page use, the counts are first-party and aggregate and exclude submitted URLs, emails, payment details, account identifiers, captured site content, and deliverables.
Do Not Track.
We do not profile you or follow you across other sites. Request records exist only to deliver your snapshot and enforce the published limits; they are never used to build a profile, so a Do Not Track signal has no profile to switch off.
Your choices and requests.
Ask to access, correct, or delete personal data where applicable by writing to proof@inflectedge.com. You can cancel a subscription and update a saved payment method through your online account and Stripe billing controls. You turn auto top-off off through your Inflect Edge account. We may retain transaction, credit-ledger, consent, security, tax, and dispute records when required or permitted by law.
If we analyzed your public website.
If someone requested a snapshot of a website you own and you want the captured copies removed, write to proof@inflectedge.com and we will remove them.
When this policy changes.
If our practices change, this page changes in the same release, not after, and the date below moves with it.
